Located just outside of the City of  Weddington is the newly developed area of Waverly and Rea Farms. With little retail and commercial space in Weddington, this is one of the hot spots residents are drawn to. Grab a coffee in the morning at Moka Cafe or Starbucks, shop some of the boutique, eat lunch outside at one of the many restaurants or come have a cocktail and dinner while your families play in the open space. There is much more to Waverly than just for locals to take in. It has a variety of homes, apartments and hotels bringing visitors to the area. It is one of those places where they really do have it all - grocery shopping, health and fitness and much more!
