While the evening was a bit chilly, you could feel the warmth of the community! As you walked toward the celebration, you could hear the melodically voices of carolers rising into the air. You could take a seat and enjoy the entertainment while you drink a cup of cocoa. Children's laughter abounded from all around Town Hall, as they enjoyed telling Santa how good they have been and asked for the toy of their dreams. The enticing aromas from the food trucks mixed with the roasted marshmallow and firewood, really added an element of the holidays that is indescribable. It really was a magical night as we all came together. At 7:15pm, it was finally time to count down to the glow that welcomes in the holiday season. Wishing all of you the Happiest of Holidays!!!

Ring in the holiday season with your friends, neighbors and of course Weddington Locals as we count down the lighting of this years Christmas Tree. Enjoy Christmas music brought to you by carolers, roast s'mores by the fire, or balloon animals from local artist. You can enjoy delicious eats from Plated Palette, KO Food Truck and Nor'East Treats food trucks. Santa and Mrs. Clause will be there to take pictures with, share your holiday wishes or bring smiles to children. A food drive and toy drive will also be part of the evening, if you would like to share holiday cheers with our community.
