COTSWOLD
This area got its name from Cotswold Village Shopping Center. It has been sort of the anchor for the neighborhood for many, many years. With an abundance of shopping, dining and activities to do in Cotswold, one can see the draw. In addition to all that, it sits just minutes from Uptown Charlotte, which makes it convenient to commute to work.
This neighborhood is full of predominantly established homes which over the last 10 years have been fully renovated and restored to their original glory. While the area still holds that historic look of the 50’s & 60’s homes, there is an increase in newly constructed luxury properties.
